Preserving Our Natural Legacy for Generations

The Rocky Mountain Youth Project is a non-profit based out of Moffat Colorado that specializes in providing elk hunts and outdoor experiences to those with life threatening illnesses, the less fortunate and disabled veterans. Our mission is simple, give outdoor opportunities to those that typically wouldn’t get the chance to experience them!

Our Story

Jerry started the non-profit from a dream. He saw a need and a void in the youth of America. Kids weren't getting outdoors, they weren't hunting, and conservation was lacking. It started off with a few kids here and there but grew into the program it is now.

The goal has always been to get youth outdoors and to help those that did not have the opportunity to go hunting. Starting the project in 2018 Jerry has successfully taken more people than we can count.

We hope to continue to grow and help as many people live their dream as possible. If you or someone you know could benefit from this give us a call, shoot us an email, or even a message on social media!

Tangible Outcomes

Hunting with us will allow you to take home meat and be something that you can use the rest of your life to provide for you and your family!

Family

During your hunt you will do more than just hunt. We will cultivate an experience for each individual that allows them to learn.
